As an INDIVIDUAL AGENT, you will work for yourself, but never by yourself - we offer you education and support, and are here to answer any of your questions along the way.

LICENSED OR NOT WE CAN HELP YOU ACCOMPLISH YOUR GOALS.

To Qualify as an LOAN OFFICER you must:

Have 1 year experience under your belt,
Have Closed at least One deal in the Past Year
(This could be evidenced by a Hud-1 or similar Doc),
Be Honest and Trustworthy,
Be polite to your Co-Workers and others in a Transaction,
Pass a Background Investigation.
(Having a criminal background will not exclude you, but honesty is the best policy).

LOAN FEES - are Charged Separately:

$500.00 for Loan Administration Fee,
$595.00 for the Loan Processing Fee,
$999.00 for FHA and Conventional Loans,
Their are also Lender, Title and Escrow Fees,
All these fees are CHARGED SEPARATELY on the loan, as always - so you get your Full 100% Commission of the Loan Amount.
