The Sale of your Real Estate Note
CAN ONLY be processed when you follow these requirements.

We will need a copy of the following documents:

1. Copy of the Note
2. Copy of the Trust Deed, Mortgage
or Land Contract
3. Payment History - Payment Book or Bank Deposit - (for 12 months)
4. Escrow Instructions
from Real Estate Sale in which the "Contract" was created
5. Escrow Closing Statement from Real Estate
Sale
6. Title Insurance Policy that insures the "Contract"
7. Fire Insurance information on
the property which secures the "Contract" (Insurance Company, Policy Number, Agent's Name and Address).
8. Loan Payment Record
9. Credit Report and FICO Score of the Payor
10. Copy of a current Appraisal
showing the security of the Real Estate
11. Please provide Two (2) pictures of the subject property
12.
Copy of Street or City Map showing property location
13. Plans, surveys or other documents in your possession.

payment history and to obtain copies from your Title or Escrow Company in the event we need further information. Thank you.
